Real owners. Real systems. Real numbers.

Four jobs. Four owners who let me use their names. Each one shows what I built, what changed, and the numbers behind it. No stock photos. No anonymous "Fortune 500 client." Just the work.

Insurance · Paid Acquisition

Built a Facebook ads engine for an insurance agency that was guessing.

Casandra Q., independent insurance agent. She was running ads on instinct — boosting posts, hoping for the best, no idea what was actually working.

The challenge

No campaign structure. No audience definition. No way to tell a $4 lead from a $40 one. Money was going out, leads were trickling in, and there was no story for why.

What I built

Walked her through how Meta campaigns actually work — objectives, audiences, creative testing — then rebuilt the account from scratch. Proper campaign structure, lookalike and interest audiences targeted to her ICP, a creative test cadence, and a simple weekly dashboard so she could read the numbers herself.

The outcome

She stopped guessing. She runs the account herself now — with a system she understands, not a black box she pays someone to babysit.

"Working with Steve completely changed how I approach Facebook ads for my insurance business. Before, I had no real strategy and was mostly guessing. He walked me through how campaigns actually work, how to structure them properly, and how to target the right audience. Now I feel much more confident running my ads and understanding what's happening behind the scenes."

Ecommerce · Ops + Web

Built the storefront and the workflow behind it for Mays Gloves.

Wilfredo E., founder of Mays Gloves. He needed more than a pretty site — he needed the back office that made the front office possible.

The challenge

A founder doing everything by hand. Orders in one tool, distribution in another, outreach in a third. The website looked fine; the workflow behind it was held together with sticky notes.

What I built

Designed the storefront, then went under the hood: connected order intake to fulfillment, set up distribution flows so wholesale and DTC didn't fight each other, and built outreach sequences so cold leads turned into repeat buyers without manual nudges. One workflow. One owner-facing view.

The outcome

The business now runs as a system instead of a stack of tabs. Wilfredo can focus on product and partnerships — the boring middle takes care of itself.

"Steve helped us think about our ecommerce business in a much more structured way. He didn't just design the front end of the site — he also helped us set up the backend systems and walked us through better ways to handle distribution and outreach. The systems we're putting in place now feel much more organized and built for long-term growth."

Home Services · Local SEO

Got a lawn-care business found locally and organized online.

Carlos C., lawn-care pro. Great work, full route in his head, basically invisible on Google.

The challenge

No website. No reviews surface. No system for following up with new prospects beyond memory. Every new customer was a referral and every booking happened by phone tag.

What I built

Built the website. Cleaned up the Google Business profile, picked the right local keywords, fixed citations, and set up review collection so happy jobs turned into ranked proof. Wired the contact form into a simple outreach sequence so no inquiry sat for two days.

The outcome

Carlos now shows up when people in his area actually search for his service — and the business itself looks like the operation he runs in person.

Mobile · AI Product

Shipped a yoga app from zero to launch with AI scheduling.

LoopT, a mobile yoga product. Vision in a Google Doc. Nothing built. A launch date a few months out.

The challenge

Build a mobile app, an AI layer that personalised sessions, a scheduling system real users could trust, and a launch story to push it into the market — on a startup timeline.

What I built

Designed and shipped the app end-to-end. AI features for guided sessions and adaptive recommendations. A scheduling system that handled time zones, reminders, and rebooking. Then helped frame the launch — positioning, channels, sequencing — so day one wasn't a soft open into silence.

The outcome

LoopT went from concept to a real product with real users. The whole process felt structured, not chaotic — which is the only way you ship a v1 and live to ship a v2.
