1. Who we are

This site is operated by Xohani Operating Systems ("XOS", "we", "us"), a single-developer AI agency owned by Steve Gomez. You can reach us at steve@astevesmind.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use xos.astevesmind.com and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

Information you give us

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and business details you submit through forms — for example, the assessment quiz or the "book a call" page.
  • Anything you write in a free-text field, attach as a file, or send us in a follow-up email.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, referring URL, pages requested, timestamps. We use these for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
  • Google Analytics (measurement ID G-2M6V79H761) — page views, sessions, approximate location, device class, and similar aggregate metrics.

3. How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

  • Reply to your inquiry, schedule calls, and send proposals or invoices.
  • Deliver the services you've engaged us for and support you afterwards.
  • Improve the site, the assessment, and our service offerings based on aggregate behavior.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't run ad retargeting from this site, and we don't share your contact details with third-party marketers.

4. Cookies

This site uses cookies for two purposes:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics drops cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) to measure usage. They expire on a rolling basis.
  • Functional — third-party widgets (booking, video) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.

You can opt out of analytics tracking by blocking cookies in your browser settings, using a tracker-blocking extension, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

5. Third parties

The site loads or talks to a small number of outside services. Each one has its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics — usage measurement.
  • Google Fonts — webfont delivery (Inter, Outfit, JetBrains Mono).
  • Mux — embedded background and product video.
  • Calendly — the booking widget on book.html. If you schedule a call, Calendly receives the details you submit.
  • Lucide / iconify CDNs — icon assets.

These providers may receive technical data (IP, user agent) just to deliver the asset. We don't pass them your form submissions.

6. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

  • Tell you what we have on file about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete it.

Email steve@astevesmind.com from the address you used and we'll handle it within a reasonable window. Depending on where you live (EEA, UK, California, etc.) you may have additional statutory rights — we honor them on request.

7. Data retention

We keep inquiry data — what you submitted through forms or email — for up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will. Records we're required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons are kept as long as the law requires.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We use reputable providers for email, storage, and analytics. No system is perfectly secure — if something happens that affects you, we'll let you know.

9. Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Material changes will be flagged near the top of this page for at least 30 days.
