What if we miss a milestone?

Milestones rarely slip on our side because the build is fixed-scope and our infrastructure is pre-configured. If yours slips on your side (a credential we need, an approval to wait on), we pause the clock — you're not burning days while we wait. We re-baseline together and keep the same total budget.

Who owns the accounts and IP?

You. Every login, every API key, every automation account is created in your name on Day 1. We get delegated access. The dashboards run on your infrastructure or accounts you own. The SOPs are yours. If you part ways with us tomorrow, the system runs unchanged. No platform fee. No "you can't take it with you."

What happens after Day 7?

Phase 5 (Optimize) is an ongoing monthly engagement — typically $1.5K–$5K/mo depending on which pillars are active. You can pause it whenever. The system keeps running without us. Most clients keep it because we ship 1–3 small upgrades a month for no extra invoice and run the monthly review.

Can we pause mid-build?

Yes — but rarely needed because the build is so short. If life happens (vacation, deal closing, family emergency), we freeze the build at the last completed checkpoint and resume on a date you set. No re-billing. Your audit and design work don't expire.

How is this different from hiring a Zapier consultant?

A Zapier consultant wires automations together. That's pillar 6 of seven. We install the entire operating loop — call recovery, lead followup, quote chasing, reviews, dashboard, document processing, and custom builds — as one connected system, with the dashboard layered on top so you can actually see whether it's working. Zapier shops can't do pillar 7 (custom builds) at all, which is where most of the leverage is.
